## 1. Return Window
You have **30 calendar days** from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

## 2. Eligible Items for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it;
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable;
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email);
- The item must not be listed under the exceptions below.

## 3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered;
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear;
- Gift cards or store credits;
- Items marked as final sale.

## 4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with instructions;
3. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions;
4. Ship the item back to the address provided in our return instructions (note: the return address may differ from our business address).
**Important:** Do not ship items back before receiving an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

## 5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
In cases where we sent a wrong or defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label or instruct you to dispose of the item without requiring a return shipment.

## 6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied to your original payment method:
- **Credit/Debit Card:** 5–10 business days after approval (timing depends on your bank);
- **PayPal:** 3–5 business days after approval;
- **Apple Pay:** 5–7 business days after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
