Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we process and deliver your orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

## 1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotional events), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

## 2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment — not the date of order placement:

- **United States:** 15–20 business days
- **United Kingdom:** 12–18 business days
- **Australia:** 14–20 business days
- **Canada:** 15–22 business days
- **Rest of World:** 18–30 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services.

## 3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via international carriers including AliExpress Standard Shipping, ePacket, YunExpress, and local postal services. The carrier is selected based on destination and availability at the time of shipment.

## 4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

## 5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our products ship from international suppliers. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about applicable charges before placing your order. We are unable to predict or control these fees and will not reimburse them.

All packages are declared at their actual commercial value in compliance with applicable customs regulations. We do not falsify customs declarations.

## 6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries worldwide. There are no restricted shipping destinations at this time.

## 7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us at empreendalafora@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

## 8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipping date, please contact us at empreendalafora@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at our discretion.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

## 9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
